Nicorette Combi patch + gum is for the relief of nicotine withdrawal symptoms as an aid to giving up smoking. Directions
For adults and children 12 year and over. Stop smoking completely before using nicorette combi patch + gum. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before starting to use the product. Apply the patch to a clean, dry skin area in the morning and remove the patch 16 hours later. Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke- most people use about 5-6 pieces a day. Do not use more than 15 pieces a day. Nicorette chewing technique- chew slowly until taste becomes strong, rest between gum and cheek, chew again when taste has faded.
Ingredients
This pack contains seven 13.5cm transdermal patches, each containing nicotine 1.75mg/cm (once daily patch for application to the skin, releasing 15mg over 16 hours). Other ingredients of the patch are- medium chain triglycerides, basic butylated methacrylate copolymer, polyethylenterephthalate film (PET), acrylic adhesive solution, potassium hydroxide, croscarmellose sodium, aluminium acetylacetonate, siliconised PET release liner with aluminised single side, printing inks. This pack also contains 70 pieces of mint flavour medicated chewing gum, each containing 2mg nicotine. Other ingredients of the gum are- chewing gum base, xylitol, acesulfame potassium, anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, pepper mint oil, levomenthol, magnesium oxide, E171, E321, starch, carnauba wax, winterfresh, hypromellose, sucralose, polysorbate 80, talc.
