"The book is a treasure for details on various replication functions as well as virus-cell interactions, pathogenesis and vaccine development. The quality of the presentations is excellent. This book should be studied by every 'RNA Virologist', but the intricate replication starategies and other features of these viruses are of general interest to all virologists...the book...is worth the expense and is highly recommended."
