Nielsen-Massey organic extracts including orange, vanilla, almond, coffee... These of amazingly good quality. They are extremely concentrated and utterly delicious. I like to use them to flavour coffee.

The almond extract is a product to restore your faith in people. It is intoxicatingly delicious. It does not smell in the least artificial. It has a complex odour. It is a bit like Christmas past in a bottle. Nielsen-Massey set out to make the best extract on earth taking no shortcuts. It is potent. In fact, it is so strong, it is hard not to over do it. I found just moistening a finger and rubbing around the lip of cup of coffee is often too much. It should come with some sort of eye dropper for measuring out tiny amounts. I added it to the endorsements on my own personal web page I was so impressed. The orange extract is similarly magnificent and potent.

I make a lot of rice pudding and use almond extract for flavoring. I add it the very last thing, right when it is finished cooking, and taken off the heat. This extract is wonderful and gives a really nice touch to the pudding.

this stuff smells and taste great seems to have a little stronger smell then the kind I buy in the store.the only problem is pouring it from the bottle it tends to spill. so what I do is refill a empty store bought bottle of Extract other then that this is good stuff I will be buying again shipped and rec on time.

WARNING keep it away from open flames this stuff contains 90% ALCOHOL

I used this extract for my cookies and it really gave them a great almond flavor without overpowering them. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the pure almond scent without the alcohol scent I get from some other extracts. Great quality product!

I bought Nielsen Massey Vanilla and loved it so I tried the Pure Almond Extract.
This is a terrific product... I love the flavor! Will definitely order
again when this is empty!

Homemade cranberry sauce with this almond extract is delish!

Cook cranberries in water and sugar over medium heat til berries begin to burst. Remove from heat and add this lovely almond extract. Stir, add turkey, stuffings, mashed potatoes and squash. Yummy.
