Once you try this vanilla bean paste, you will never go back to the liquid version again. It adds a depth of flavor to anything you use it in. The flavor is just about an exact replica of the scrapings of the inside of an actual vanilla bean. You can even see the little dark flecks in the paste, which looks beautiful, especially when making frostings, creme brulee, homemade ice cream and cakes. My friend who is a professional cake decorator will ONLY use this in her cakes and frostings. It is also economical, since the flavor is so intense, you can use less of the paste, than you would of vanilla extract.

So much more flavor than extract. It's like using a real vanilla bean, but much easier.

This product adds the perfect flavor to any baking recipe. I've added it pancakes, scones, muffins, cookies, & cake. It's wonderful and easy to use. It's also much cheaper than buying the whole vanilla beans. Love it and I would buy it again!

I had really high hopes for this product and thought that it would be good to buy the twin pack, but i am just disappointed. The shipment was really good, as it arrived 2 days after ordering. However, the product is not as strong or potent as i would of like it to be. It does taste nice, but it's not equal to vanilla extract at all. I think you need to add more than the amount of vanilla called for. I am going back to the regular vanilla extract, if i ever get to finish this.
