I originally purchased the 5-bin carousel directly from Tassimo, and I wanted another one because I routinely use about 10 different types of T-Discs. For some reason, Tassimo stopped offering their carousel except to their "European cafe collection" customers. The only other carousel I could find was this one, the Nifty Home Products carousel. It is a little smaller, 4 bins instead of 5, and does not have the holder for the cleaning disc like the Tassimo holder. I didn't think I would like it as well. As it turns out, I like it just as well if not better. It is an attractive carousel, and it spins better than the Tassimo carousel. Although its capacity is slightly less, it is not bad. It can hold full stacks of 4 different T-discs, or, if you don't mind taking T-discs out of both the bottom and the top of each bin, it can hold half-stacks of 8 different T-discs. And the price on Amazon is great. I definitely recommend this carousel.

I debated getting one of these in a gourmet kitchen store but declined because I thought the price tag was too steep at fifty bucks. However, I just received one as an early birthday present to go with my new Tassimo coffee maker and, in doing my review, find it's far cheaper as of the time of my review here.

This is made very well...heavy shiny metal but it flows very easily. So much so that you could spin it fast and keep it twirling. I only say that, not because you'd need to do that, but so you can visualize that there is no tipping or hard pushing when selecting your coffee, tea, or cocoa.

We had the self-dispenser boxes on our conter but, let's face it, it's not so attractive to do that and I like to keep a clean and organized countertop. This is ideal if you have guests or if you like switching up your drinking choices. While it has 4 slots for drinks, you can actually have 8 different selections because you can pull from both the bottom and the top of the dispenser so we fill the dispenser slots with 2 different choices so we have 8 choices total. If you entertain or have frequent guests as we do, you can have some lighter coffees and heavier ones, tea, cocoa, espresso, etc and each guest can pick their choice to make their brew. But we like this for our choice variations equally. I love green tea for the health benefits and taste, I like Nabob Columbian coffee for a smaller cup that's smooth, and Starbucks for a large cup, we like to keep the Milka hot chocolate on hand for a low cal decadent treat, etc. With an easy turn you can make your choice and it takes up very little room on the counter while matching our stainless appliances so it seems to fit well without looking unsightly.

I usually list negatives in my reviews to give a balanced picture but I really don't have any for this one. It's a good size and works well. Happy I got it.

Note: This is similar to the cream dispensers or jelly dispensers you might see at a breakfast restaurant if that helps visualize it. This is for the Tassimo brand coffees.

The carousel is a very convenient way to store T-disc coffees and teas. Everything can be seen and reached easily. We use one for 'high test' coffees and the other one for our de-caf, chocolate ones.

This thing is almost a necessity if you have a Tassimo machine. It will hold at least 40 (10 per column) of the small T-discs. If you have a specialty drink that takes 2 discs (1 small T-disc and 1 large T-disc), it can accomodate those too. I normally alternate the small and the large in the same column and that works out to 4 small and 4 large discs per column. I haven't tried a column with all large discs, but I suspect it would hold about 6-7 of those in one column. If you like a variety of drinks to be available at your house, I suggest picking up 2 of these. You'll be glad you did! Well worth the price!

Basically, this should seem dumb and unnecessary, but the t-disks are little buggers to keep organized. So, it's rather nice to have, and it makes me feel like I live in an Italian B&B. I refill every other day or so from coffee collection in freezer.

Very handy, my only regret (that I knew going into the purchase) is that it does not hold more T-discs.

This is a very nifty carousel for my Tassimo t-discs. Everything fits very nicely and the product is of excellent quality. The heft is nice, carousel turns without sticking, and it is clear that this is not a cheaply made item. Thank you!

this is awesome if you have one of these coffee pots it really helps keep everything in order if everyone in your house drinks different kinds of coffee

Nifty Home Products Coffee T Disc Carousel is very close to the real thing from Tassimo but only for a fraction of the price. I am thinking about buying a second one since I am stocking up on more varieties of my T-Discs.

This carousel is perfect; it fits on the counter right next to my coffee maker. The t-discs fit precisely. I'd recommend this product to others.
