This is an awesome addition to Eric S. Brown's Big Foot world. My taste buds are primed for more! This short read like a book. I eagerly await Big Foot War 2. I recently read another tale set in this world entitled RED SNOW. It's free on his website.

A total waste of 3 minutes. That is how long it took to read it. It was like a story written in an English Comp class. About ninety-seven cents too expensive.

I am quickly growing into a major Eric S. Brown fan. While short, this story sucked me right into it and didn't let go until the last word. If you enjoyed Bigfoot War, you'll love this story. If you haven't read Bigfoot War, but it and this story. You won't regret it.

Being a massive fan of all things Bigfoot, I was naturally drawn to Eric S. Brown's Bigfoot War series which brings these legendary creatures to a whole new level. So when Mr. Brown made the announcement that he was releasing a few short stories which take place between part 1 and 2, naturally I leaped upon them like a ravenous beast.
Night of the Beasts is a quick but engaging read which takes place within the halls of a hospital after a series of "animal attacks." What follows is an atmospheric, spooky climax that is sure to drag you down screaming for more! And with a .99 cent pricetag, what Bigfoot fan could possibly resist?

The Night of the Beasts is an exclusive story that takes place inside the world of Brown's latest release Bigfoot War II: Dead in the Woods, which I will be reviewing as well. The Night of the Beasts is an apocalyptic tale that mixes the beginning of a zombie pandemic with a brand new take on the Sasquatch mythos. It tells the story of one hospital's fate on the night the world as we know it ends and the beasts emerge from the woods to feast on human flesh.
The Night of the Beasts was an excellent appetizer to hold his readers over until we got our hands on the sequel. It was an engaging page turner and kept me going until the very end. It is set in the halls of a hospital during an outbreak of `animal" attacks and for as short as it is, The Night of the Beasts packs in a bunch of action scenes within its pages. |
