Clement Clarke Moore was a professor of religion and the author of several scholarly works. What he is most remembered for, however, is his poem "An Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas," later called "The Night Before Christmas," and written as a Christmas gift for his six children.

Nice pictures but...,

it IS the full poem and it's probably too wordy for most toddlers. My 21 month old son likes to look at the pictures and flip through the book, but can't wait for me to read each page - there are too many words for his attention span.Not a bad buy if you can do your own shortened version!
