First of all, if you have just read an editorial review about a Santa in goggles and an aviator helmet in a futuristic sleigh, IGNORE IT. This is the classic poem with delightful illustrations in board book form.
I was worried that my 2 year old would not sit through the whole book, but he loved it! The illustrations are charming and interesting enough to keep him looking. It is sturdy enough to stand up to a toddler tantrum. The only issue I have is this: On the pages that have snowflakes, the words are also white, which can make it difficult to read - especially upside down! Other than that, this book is just what I was looking for! |
