Double CD package with the finest remixes both released and unreleased from Ananda Project's fourth album, Fire Flower. This CD contains a bonus CD mixed by Ananda Project founder Chris Brann of Ananda Project classics spanning the group's entire recorded history. Multi instrumentalist and dance guru Chris Brann, who is the mastermind behind other garage/house tasks such as the Wamdue Project, Wamdue Kidz, and P'Taah, spawned another house-bred project in the late '90s, aptly titled the Ananda Project. The Ananda Project was originally a side thing until Brann was sought out to write a song for the dance label King Street. The song turned into a working relationship with singer/songwriter Gaelle Adisson, and the Ananda Project was underway in 1998 with the cut "Cascades of Colour," and the second single "Straight Magic".

I came across Ananda Project via Pandora Radio and immediately fell in love with the music. Being a strong music lover I came across his work on Amazon and went to purchasing all of his albums. Night Blossom although not one of my favorites is pretty good. It's just a lot of remixes from the Fire Flower CD which is phenomenal. I much prefer Fire Flower over Night Blossom but if you're really into remixes then you may prefer Night Blossom. Everytime I listen to Ananda Project it makes me feel really good and that's what good music should be about.
