Pokemon Chapter Books,
By A Customer
This review is from: Night in the Haunted Tower (Pokemon Chapter Book #4) (Paperback)
I have not been able to find a series of chapter books for my second grade boy that would encourage and motivate him to read more advanced books. This series has motivated my son to read. I can't wait for #5.

THE BEST GHOST POKE'MON EVER,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Night in the Haunted Tower (Pokemon Chapter Book #4) (Paperback)
I think this book was funny because Haunter kept making stretchy faces in front of Kadabra and Sabrina turned Brock and Misty into baby dolls. I like when Gengar was balancing on the ball.I didn't like the part where Haunter pulled out Ash and Pikachu's souls. I didn't like when Team Rocket got beat. I really liked this book and the others in the chapter.

My son loved it!,

My seven year old son bought this book at school, although I see it is for ages 9 to 12. By bedtime he had read the entire book to himself and at one point yelled "BE QUIET! I'M TRYING TO READ!" I've never seen him so absorbed in reading and I'm hoping this is just the beginning of a love affair with books. Two days later he read another book in the series. He said the story was really, really cool and told me all about it.

Beautiful job, Tracy West. Ash takes his step to be a greatPokemon trainer. He meets Gastly, Haunter and Gengar. Thisspine-thrilling adventure leads Ash, Brock, Misty, Pikachu and even the reader to a tower of ghost Pokemon, which turn out to be friendly and fun.

Quite dull a read.,
This review is from: Night in the Haunted Tower (Pokemon Chapter Book #4) (Paperback)
I found this pokemon book in the library and started reading it.It was quite interesting but i found some areas uncreative and dull, such as Sabrina the gym leader and her psychic pokemon. There are also these other pokemon which all have stats, techniques and weird names.Ash, the main character has to verse eight gym leaders, Sabrina being one of them.He is obviousli suffering from emotional problems while versing her and her pokemon burden him. When he leaves the gym, he meets this weird man who takes him to a haunted tower which is very dangerous, and has many scary pokemon. He finally makes friends with one called Haunter and leaves the tower where he is caught by Sabrina and put into her little sisters doll house, where she tried to kill them. The end is so boring that you will have to read it yourself for it is Tracy West who i want to bore you to death, not me.
Not terrible but very dull.
