I purchased this for my dauther to read to my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who upon the arrival of her new baby sister, suddenly developed "I'm scared" at bedtime. My daughter is a Counselor and while she said the book was good, it was definitley too mature for a this age bracket. Not a problem, we'll put it on the shelf for future potential troubles with the same topic.

The kids thought the book was funny. I thought it told a good story, the kids were still afraid when they went to bed but it helps them to see another perspective.
