This album was Joe's second solo release. If you liked the debut, you'll like this one. The production is a tad muddled, but still, Joe cuts through. The album features two tributes to Joe's heroes - "The Jimi Stomp" (Jimi Hendrix) and "Texas Chainsaw Boogie" (SRV). Through it all, Joe simply blazes like few others can. One nice touch is that Joe makes a comment on each track in the liner notes. Very interesting reading and it gives one an insight to how Joe approached each track.

This is one of the Best JOE STUMP Albums .... Total guitar SHRED ... Melodic tunes... some of his best work. If your into JOE STUMP and GUITAR SHREDDERS .... This guy is phenomenal!!!!!!!!! I love Joe Satriani and Steve Vai, but Joe Stump is simply crazy good. World record holder for the fastest guitar...EVER.

This was a pretty good album. The Texas Chainsaw Boogie and Jimi Stomp were really entertaining and with some amazing playing. Joe Stump can really rock.

I saw Joe live at Berklee College of Music while at attending a performance program and though I am not a metal fan by all means this guy can play let me tell you. Just incredible man! I recomend this album for anyone just for the impression it will put on you. Any of his albums really.
