This is second in the Gang Wars trilogy. The module adds Cloak and Dagger as potential hero types, for fans of theirs, with the other guys still running around.
Also, the Si Fan gangs of the villainous Fu Manchu, for a bit of a kung fu beatdown, or beating up as the case may be. |
