4.0 out of 5 stars Good pace, but the ending is what hits you.
This is a good book that moves along telling the tale of what happens when a deadly virus is unleashed on the unsuspecting public. Even during a time of turmoil, personalities clash and egos threaten to destroy the only chance we have of beating this disease. The clincher is the ending though. It really hits home and makes you think, or shudder.

The third Night Warriors book is also pretty ordinary. Five people must do the Night Warrior thing to stop a 17th century witch from creating a dream disease that will do very bad things.

This story was fast-paced and interesting right from the start. In the very first chapter, the main character is the victim of a horrifying attack - but that is just the beginning of his problems! Masterton's creative imagination coupled with his unrelenting writing style make this book a definite must-have for any fan of the genre.
