Hands down, Eric Darius is the next biggest thing in smooth jazz!! I still cannot believe that he is only 21 years old!! His style and sound is so fresh and mature. His music combines a lot of R&B and pop elements, and the CD is very enjoyable. Not only is he a tremendous player, but also an exceptional writer. By far, "Night on the Town" is one of the best CD's that I have heard in a very long time. Every single track on this CD is great!! Particularly, my favorite song on this CD is the title track "Night on the Town" which Darius wrote. All I have to say about this song is..... WOW!!!!! Now this is REAL music! One thing that I really liked about this CD is that appeals to everyone, whether you are a hip-hop, R&B, or pop fan. For those of you who don't already have this CD, you have to pick it up. You cannot go wrong. To be honest with you, I don't think that Kenny G, Dave Koz, or even Boney James has anything on Eric. We will definitely be hearing a lot more from this extraordinary artist in the very near future. He is well on his way to GREATNESS!!!!

Eric Darius is a monster. Saw him in Brian Culbertson band just before christmas an couldn't order this cd fast enough. CD is great and he is going to be huge

I heard Eric Darius perform on Warren Hill's Smooth Jazz Cruise and immediately bought his CD "Night on the Town." This is one of those rare CD's where every tune is great. The single "Night on the Town" has hit written all over it. This is currently one of my favorite CD's and I listen to it constantly. Eric plays with subtleties, flavors, and expressions of feelings that will have sax lovers proclaiming that he is one awesome player!

To be honest,I had never heard of Eric Darius.Since I had never heard of him,I felt he was new.Like,Michael Phillips was a few years ago who was very talented.The cover of the CD,and the title of it impressed me.So I bought it and gave it a listen.And wow!!! was I impressed.This young sax player blew my mind.From the first cut to the last,it was,how you say it,a joy ride.The cd was so amazing I can hardly pick a favorite cut.But let me give you a clue,I played "lets stay together" about 5 times in succession without going to the next cut. exceptional stand outs:(4) let it flow(5)love tko(1)joy ride. To say the least ths young man can blow.He definately have honey in his horn!! Keep it up Eric,You're so fine.

can't say when I bought a CD and loved each and every track! I was fortunate to see him in action, and WOW, can he play! He is on the up...no doubt!

What a talented young artist with a pure and mature sound. Can't say there was one track I did not like. The "In The Pocket" arrangement is fantastic, upbeat, and a must hear for any Jazz lover. The Let's Stay Together track is one of the best instrumental versions I ever heard. Can't wait for his next release!

My husband and I purchased this album and thought it was fabulous! It is one of the greatest CD's of a new artist that we've ever heard! Now this is real music and we suggest everyone buy it!!

Eric Darius CDs are all great! I have all his CDs wonderful smooth jazz music with a touch of young hip hop vibe. You cant go wrong with purchasing any of his music. Get them and you will come a fan!

I was so impressed with the first few songs that I purchased his other 2 CD's. Every track is great.

Unbelievable rythms that are smooth and make you want to dance. This CD is not new but it's a must have if want to keep a cool party moving. This artist puts the swing on it for real.
