2.0 out of 5 stars Cheated! Cheated!, April 28, 2008
By
This review is from: Night of the Witches: The Beginnings (Night of the Witches, 1) (Paperback)
I ordered books I and II. I didn't order III because it was unavailable. Am I the only one that thinks we were robbed? I received the books, they're 107 and 113 pages of large type letters. Something you would have you 3rd grader reading. I'm not saying the story is bad. Although, I should've been able to read the entire story for what I paid for these. What I am saying is that the author and publisher took a regular size book, split it into "many parts" and then sold each part as a whole book. Thus making a windfall on just "one" book.

Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased them. I'm certainly not purchasing any more of the books in the series... or any of this author's books for that matter. Thieves!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!!!, April 22, 2003

This review is from: Night of the Witches: The Beginnings (Night of the Witches, 1) (Paperback)
This book was one of the best books I've ever read. Very addictive. But I didn't have any dreams about the book or Damiana during or after reading the book. I recommend this book to teens and anyone who likes witchcraft or a short reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding!!!, October 9, 2002

I'm not much of a reader but the story captured me right away. Since it's only 113 pages, it's easy to handle and not easy to put down. I can't wait to get the next Chapter. I'm afraid to admit that I too had the same dreams with Damiana for 3 nights in a row. They were freaky real and I woke up in a sweat. Creepy is right! The adventure is worth the [$].
