A bloodier and more gruesome sequel.,

Nightmare Creatures II is a dark, gory game with a mature background. The system is a hack-and-slash action and adventure game like The Legend of Zelda, but the simplicity of the fighting and the spell-casting system makes the guide seem really futile. The new levels just do not present enough new monsters and action and the strategy guide doesn't really mean much. The book is a somewhat redundant experience and most readers will get bored too quickly.
