5.0 out of 5 stars FUN Pirate Adventure Mystery Game !! April 6, 2013
This is one of my favorite point and click games. I purchased some real turkeys from G5 lately, but this game has all the right elements to create an engaging high seas pirate mystery. The graphics are sharp and detailed, the story is interesting (and makes sense) and I had no glitches playing on first gen kindle fire. You search many locations, find inventory items, and then figure out how/where to use them. There are lots of hints and the gameplay runs smooth, you aren't left wondering where to go next - and best of all, everything works as it should. There are about 20 hidden object scenes, but you can opt to play mahjong instead - a great option for those who don't like finding hidden objects.

This is from the same developer who made Enigmatis and Dark Arcana (which are both GREAT games), so if you liked either one of those, you will find this game very similar. I really enjoyed playing every night and never got bored or frustrated. It's a long game with great mini games and also access to the strategy guide without leaving the game. This is a definite winner!!

4.0 out of 5 stars the cursed heart April 5, 2013
By moody
I played this on kindle fire original without any problem. I liked the adventure & would recommend this to others. The graphics are great & play time was long depending on which level of difficulty you use. The h/o are nice & the mini games fun. It isn't frustratingly difficult but you do need to think. Well worth the money. I hope you enjoy it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Waiting for it to work August 9, 2013

Contacted support because the game doesn't work. I got told to wait for their update so that it could be compatible with Android 4.3 They can't say when that update may be.

I'll update my rating once it gets fixed.

I Like most of g5 games but this is by far their best. Graphics are high quality, good storyline and keeps you interested with all the mini games and character interactions. I recommend this if you love hidden object games with a theme.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the most enjoyable games of this genre May 24, 2013

I play these games often and everything about this game its top notch........ The graphics, the music, the story and, of course, the games. I am also impressed with the fair price. These games have become so expensive that I was trying to wean myself off of them. At this price, I would keep on buying and recommending them highly

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun Game May 21, 2013

This was a pretty good game. Not worth five dollars but then again I haven't found a game that is. Wish it was longer. If it goes on sale you should try it. I would have given it four stars if it had a better price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good story telling July 31, 2013

(My review previously talked about the game not working on Android 4.3, but this has been fixed.)

I like hidden object adventures, and played quite a few of them, and this is one of the best ones in my opinion, in large part thanks to its storytelling. The plot isn't particularly amazing, but the multiple ways in which the game tells it make it interesting. Cut-scenes, diaries and interaction with characters (there's no real back and forth, but there's clicking and getting a response) together add to an immersive story.

The puzzles in the game are mostly object based, using objects to accomplish goals. There are a few more classic HOG puzzles, but they're not that difficult, which was good for me because I prefer the object based ones. The hidden object scenes were nicely drawn, although a bit finicky to touch (I occasionally had to try several times before the object was picked), and as usual for translated games had mislabeled objects. (English is not my native language, and in most cases I could imagine that the translation was okay even if it didn't feel perfect, but in one case "onion" was used where the object was clearly garlic).

In addition to the main story there's also an additional bonus story, which was also enjoyable, though a lot less intricate.

The graphics were well drawn, with animated touches, and the cutscenes and other videos were also well done.

All in all I enjoyed this game a lot, although I ended up wanting it to be a classic adventure game, without hidden object scenes, which I felt were the weakest part of the game. Not that they were bad, but they felt redundant, taking away time from the game proper, because the rest of the game was so good.

3.0 out of 5 stars good game, but.....
Loved it on my note2 but crashes before it finishes loading on nexus9. Either a lollipop or 64bit processor incompatibility.
