I was looking for a really small duffel bag to carry my shoes/clothes between the car and the gym. The XS is bigger than what I expected. If you are trying to decide between the Small or X-Small, I would say that the X-Small is probably what you need. The size is hard to tell in the pictures.
With a pair of shoes, a hand towel, a dress-shirt, slacks, and a t-shirt in the bag, it is roughly three-quarters full. Quality appears to be good. I feel like it will hold up for many years in the manner I will be using it.

I needed a bag for the gym, but I didn't anything too big. This bag is the perfect size and has plenty of pockets, including a small one inside the bag. It's the ideal gym bag.
