Okay, so this is a previous year's model of junior clubs from Nike, probably from the days when Tiger Woods was considered a role model... I remember seeing this set at a Sports Authority about two years ago, and it was selling for 159.99 plus tax. My son started playing with a Ram set for 3-5 year olds, and he is now outgrowing those clubs. This set claims to be for 5-7 year olds under 50" in height. My son is 46" tall and five years old, so I figured it would be fine for at least a year and a half, but I don't think he'll be able to use this if he grows another couple of inches before then. The putter is 23" in length, and it is about 1/4" too short for him. If you are considering purchasing these clubs, have your kid stand in putting position and measure the bottom of his left wrist to the floor to make sure the clubs are long enough. The cheap Ram putter was 22.25" in length. The driver also seemed pretty short, but I'm guessing Nike did that intentionally to make it easier to make contact with the ball. Only problem is, the ball doesn't go too far, so some kids may get discouraged. I don't really mind, because we found a driver for my boy on the sale rack at a local golf store, and he'll probably use that for a while anyway. The wedge and 5 iron are just fine, and although not bad, they're nothing to get too excited about. There are just enough clubs in the bag to play a short par 3 course. (My son has played a nine hole executive course with this, and the only thing I thought was missing was a fairway wood.) The best part of the set is the bag. I probably would have payed 80 bucks for this bag without the clubs, that's how nice it is. It looks great, and it has all the pockets most full size stand bags have, and the "kick stand" seems a lot more durable than some of the one's I've had in my bags over the years.
I'm neither dissappointed or wowed by this set, I mean- it's a child's set and unless you want to pay as much for your kids' clubs as you would for a new set of irons you can't get much better. As far as aesthetics are concerned, it's definitely a step up from the cheap store brand models you'll find at you local sporting goods place. As far as performance, most kids won't be able to tell the difference between this and a 500$ Taylormade set, or a cheap Ram set, so unless you're grooming your child to be the next Tiger, this product I recommend.

My son loves them, they are very easy to play with. He'll probably out grow them a lot quicker than I anticipated, but this is a very nice set.
