I ordered this watch on the assumption it was a men's watch because there was very little description. When I received the watch in the mail, I discovered that it was a women's watch and not a men's watch. Of course, I was disappointed and so I immediately contacted the seller and they responded right away. They reassured me that they will correct the problem by sending me any watch of my choice even if it is a more than what I paid at no extra charge. They even offered to send me a $20.00 credit for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service they provided to correct the problem. Thanks Watchbandland.
