4.0 out of 5 stars It does fit credit cards
Appears to be as advertised. It does fit the credit card. For the reviewer above, the card goes underneath the wallet under the elastic strap. I only know because I went online and it has instructions on how it works. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be which, is good and bad. It's going to be a tight fit for the Nike Sensor, key and $. It looks better...

2.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't fit ID cards
My primary use for this item was to carry my house key, debit card and ID. Contrary to what is advertised, my ID and credit cards do not fit into the wallet. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to using it! If you only want to fit in 1-2 keys and some cash then it will be very useful. But it does NOT fit any cards.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for the gym., March 12, 2007
I used to have one of these when they were popular in the 70s, and kept my copy of my house key in it when out playing with my friends. Now it is perfect for my Nike+ipod and my gym key and money while I am working out.

1.0 out of 5 stars Shoe pocket runner wallet, February 13, 2008
It is suppose to be able to fit your drivers license into it. IT DOES NOT! You can not close the flap with the license in it and you would be lucky to fit a key into it.

4.0 out of 5 stars It does the job.., June 22, 2010

My review is a little... strange b/c I am not sure how I feel about the shoe wallet. I have small feet. I wear a 6 1/2 so the shoe wallet pretty much takes up my whole foot. It looks big. So far it hasn't interfered with my running.

I can fit my nike+ sensor in it, a small house key (no key ring), and money. You put your id and credit card on the outside underneath the strap it doesn't go in the pocket itself. This makes me nervous. I don't think the card is going to fall out. It seems very secure it hasn't fallen out yet and doesn't seem likely to fall out... yet I still feel nervous about it. There is no way the card will fit in the pocket and that is why people say ID doesn't fit etc. it is meant to go in that strappy area. So that is why I am not sure if this is a four star or 3 star item. It does what it is supposed to do I don't know if I could get car keys in there b/c my car key is huge. Doesn't really help with the fact that I don't want to put my id on the outside since I worry it might fall out although again it hasn't fallen out.

5.0 out of 5 stars They do the trick., October 7, 2007
My daughter lost her car keys while walking her dog. Now she can keep her keys with her, for sure, in the shoe wallet.

1.0 out of 5 stars Misleading -- Holds Nothing More than Paper Money, July 31, 2009

I was excited to purchase this product based upon its description. I bought it believing that it would hold my ID, cash and perhaps keys. But the pocket is so very small that it will not hold a standard size card -- bank card, ID card or health insurance card -- which is what is recommended for joggers, etc. to keep on them. So in effect, this was useless. I was extremely disappointed.
