This is by far the hardest of the Nikkifitness videos. I have done all of them numerous times and thought to myself that this one could not be as challenging due to the lack of weights. I was wrong!! This is such a great video because it is shot in different locations and transitions very quickly. I could not believe when it was over, it had felt like only 15 or 20 minutes had past. The other thing is I was sore in spots the next day that when in the gym I do not always hit with the weights or machines. There were a lot of new exercises that were so effective and fun to do. All around a great video, especially when traveling because you need to take nothing but sneakers and a video.

I love this dvd for 3 reasons, first, I don't need to pack weights or depend on tubing which bores me. Second, I can listen to my favorite new playlists while doing it. three, it's just half an hour and kicks your butt! Its bad enough eating plane and train food when I go away, and to think about having to buckle down and be good when I get home. Now I don't have to feel bad about having to go away because I just do this Fit Travel Workout DVD and I keep it in my carry-on!

Let me start with the negatives: I hate that there is no music because it makes everything out of sync. The counting is off, sometimes you can hardly hear her counting & the blowing wind does no good esp because you will be listening to what she is saying. However, because this is such an awesome total body workout, I can endure the negatives for a little over 30 minutes.
Now to the positives: When I bought this DVD I was apprehensive & didn't know what to expect for a 30 minute equipment free workout. In my mind I kept thinking 'this I'll set aside for my 'lazy' days.' Boy, was I in for a surprise. I could not walk for 3 days!! BUT after doing it, I felt really good & so proud of myself for enduring until the end. Yes, I was sore but in a good way. The moves targeted muscles I didn't even know I had & the way it makes me sweat every time is amazing. The first time I looked like I was crying HA! Anyway, Nikki did an AWESOME job putting this workout together, it doesn't require a lot of space either. I highly, highly recommend this workout DVD for those of us who do not have lots of time but want to do a total body workout. If you're still deciding, just go ahead & buy it. YOU WON'T regret it. I see myself doing this workout 3 times every week for a long time.

I love this workout DVD! All the NikkiFitness DVD's are great and very challenging, but this one is so helpful because I travel a lot for work. Has anyone been to hotels that charge you to use the gym? It's ridiculous...so this DVD is the perfect thing to keep me fit during my travels. I just pop it into my laptop and workout right in my hotel room! I love that she filmed it all around the world...so cool. And in only 30 minutes, I really feel that I get a great full body workout. I've done it many times and still feel sore after. And I love the iPod playlist suggestions on the NikkiFitness website. I highly recommend this DVD whether you travel or not!!!
