Nikon 18-200 zoom lens
The Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED-IF AF-S VR DX Zoom-Nikkor Lens + Deluxe Accessory Kit w/5 Year Extended Warranty The product arrived sooner than promised in great shape. I have used the lens to take over 700 pictures on a recent overseas trip and is is all I could ask for. I was able to take clear pictures, even from a moving bus.

A poor case of Mis-representation
The product was advertised as a kit based on Nikon lens, and an EXTENDED 5-year warranty. Nikon products for the US market have a 5-year warranty which would mean 10-years of coverage. This lense gets excellent reviews and I would agree with the quality and versatility. However, the lens shipped is NOT a US market version. As a result it has NO...

A poor case of Mis-representation,

The product was advertised as a kit based on Nikon lens, and an EXTENDED 5-year warranty. Nikon products for the US market have a 5-year warranty which would mean 10-years of coverage. This lense gets excellent reviews and I would agree with the quality and versatility.
However, the lens shipped is NOT a US market version. As a result it has NO manufacturer warranty. The Extended warranty is then the ONLY warranty. This means you have no support from Nikon, and have to deal with a third-party who, based on my initial contact, does not appear stable. The listing is thus falsely constructed. The product should state International version, and should state NO manufacturer warranty, and should state third-party warranty only. As soon as I discovered this I had buyers remorse, but had already disposed of all packing materials. I will not buy from this vendor again and recommend not doing so unless you have clear understanding of the product described.
