This attachment ads a completely new dimension to your CoolScan scanner, bulk feed your scanned negatives, roughly 45minutes later you have 36 4000dpi scans. What more can you want.? for what it is worth, if you scan with ICE expect the scan time for a full roll to increase to roughly 1:15 hour.

Scan the whole roll at once.,

I bought my Nikon scanner with one of these roll attachments and have never regretted it. When I get my film processed, I simple request the lab to "do not cut negs" and then I can set the scanner to scan the entire roll at once. A big time saver.
