5.0 out of 5 stars A godsend
Wish I'd known about this product years ago! This adapter, even including the shipping charge, costs less than a single CRV3 battery, batteries that my Coolpix 3100 chews up and spits out like sunflower seeds. I do a lot of online selling using photos in my auction descriptions, so my camera is in a fixed location and I can keep it plugged in most of the time, saving me a...

I don't think this gadget makes sense unless you are planning on shooting while plugged into a wall socket or unless you are planning on running a slide show directly from your digicam to a TV/monitor.

I do a lot of online selling using photos in my auction descriptions, so my camera is in a fixed location and I can keep it plugged in most of the time, saving me a small fortune. Used to go through a battery every week or two, Now, I may never buy a battery again! This product is a godsend!

Nice quality. Its a two piece cord assembly with a detachable AC adapter. The cable is plenty long too. Best of all, no worrying about running out of battery juice!

Found what I wanted -- as usual -- on Amazon, ordered it, it arrived, it worked! What more can I say?

5.0 out of 5 stars Battery Saver, June 12, 2007

This will make reviewing pictures and even taking pictures in the house a much easier and less expensive task. Batteries are so costly and you just don't get much life out of them. I am only sorry I didn't get one sooner.

This adapter is a must if you are constantly downloading pictures from your camera. Saves your battery life and your pocket too. Besides , ou dont get cut short while dowloading, by running out of battery. very convenient.

I purchased this product to charge my re-charageable batteries. It does not charge batteries. I will end up throwing it away. I wasted my money.
