I had a problem on my end where I could not find the 4gb card in the packaging-upon my neg eval I was contacted by seller who listed the sale and he immediately apologised and sent a replacement free. I then within the hour located the missing 4gb card. I immediately called and advised the seller not to mail replacement- however he was addressing the label. I offered to pay-he declined and sent the card for free. this immediate response and generosity for my error insures my loyalty as a customer for life. Thank you.
