A sturdy compact close fitting case that will protect our Nikon S510 camera in case of a fall. It has a loop to carry it on your belt and uses magnets to keep the flap closed (they seem to work pretty good.) Unfortunately it does not have slots for a spare chip and battery. However, we use the belt loop to hold the spare battery.

I bought the S60 CoolPix and this case was offered in a combined offer. The case is alright but it is too tight for the S60. Bad Amazon!

Really snug for my Coolpix S7c really like it, if you are looking for extra space for spare battery/card, well you won't find it here, you can use the belt strap to hold them may be, for me it's ok, I just carry them in my purse.
Did I mention this is a LEATHER case...good! and also, it comes in an original Nikon case, for the price I tough it was made by some other company...even better!

Although it is of nice construction it does not fit all "S" series Coolpix cameras. This case does not fit the S630.

I purchased this case for my Nikon S51 camera and it fit perfectly!! The quality is exceptional and the price....unbeatable. You will not regret buying this product.

I ordered the Coolpix L19 and it was suggested to order this with it. The case is sharp looking but too tight for the L19 camera. Has belt clip but no real room for cords or batteries.

Arrived quickly and works great. High quality. Makes carrying my Nikon s550 easy and safe.

Just combined a Nikon Coolpix S8000 with the Nikon 5811 Coolpix Leather Case in a non-intended way, but love the results. It was a shock to slide my brand new camera into a case that came up on Amazon, as I placed the order, and find that it was not long enough, with the camera inside, to allow the magnetic closure to fasten. Once the inner tabs at the bottom of the case were pulled to the outside, the combo worked like a gem, though a bit strange to have "bunny ears" sticking out. Following a couple weeks of use, the ears are hugging around the bottom of the case, hardly noticeable. The case is very well made, quite protective, and fits like a glove, taking up no extra space. I just have to be sure the battery is adequately charged and there is sufficient memory card space, for there is no extra room for anything, unless you would slide the item under the belt loop, which I do not use. If you are looking for a nice protective case, small enough to make the camera always accessible in a pocket or purse, this combination can fit the bill.

I just bought this leather case for my s550 and it works out pretty well. The only con for me would be that it does not have a holding clip at the back. It does have a belt strap where you can push your belt through (which I admit is more secure), but I rarely wear a belt and so far haven't used it.

I like it's simple design and the fact that the case itself is small and sleek, so I don't have to take the camera out of the case to make it fit in my little purse.

The inside of the case is nice and smoothe, so no worries about the camera's LCD monitor being scratched.

Overall, I think it's a perfect design for the camera.

Nice case but the back of the case needs a belt clip so you can easily clip it on or off your belt. It is a hassle to have to take your belt off to slide the case onto it if you want to carry it on your left side.
