After ordering this, I was wondering if it was the "real" Nikon battery. I was first shipped a generic and thought, "uh-oh...", but after contacting SF Planet, they had everything straightened out. They sent me the "real" Nikon battery and a postage-paid label to return the incorrect one. Their service was great. I will mention that when I purchased this battery, it was listed at $24.99 which is what I paid, so they've upped the price a little. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I've heard that the generics don't last as long, so I'm glad I went with a real Nikon one.
