the battery life on this camera is great! I can take over 100 shots and i will still have a lot of battery life left.

I bought this for use with my S70 and it works great. It is always a good idea to keep an extra battery around. It lasts most of the day. I also have a compatible battery I bought from eBay (off-brand) with a higher Nah (or whatever capacity). My suspicion is that the OEM Nikon battery actually lasts longer than the off-brand listed with a higher capacity.

Recommend. Nothing negative to say about this.

The battery we bought for my wife's Nikon Coolpix S630 is the same high quality as the batteries for my Nikon D80 and D200. I have used Nikon products since the mid 1970's and they have always set the standard for quality and reliability.
