Once again Amazon has been great delivered ahead of time and in prefect condition. I priced this scope at many different places online and local the price could not be beat and with no taxes or shipping it made it a great deal. As for the scope nikon makes a great scope and for the price it can't be beat. I now have 3 of these scopes one mounted on a rem 700 300 win mag, also on a rem 700 22-250 and on a rem 770 30-06 they all work great super clear and with Nikon onspot program makes long shots really easy to figure out. Don't think you can find a better scope for the price or a better place to buy it than Amazon.

I considered purchasing a Vortex or Leupold of comparable glass and features. However, this one seemed to be brighter and slightly crisper and clearer in the store. It certainly beat the price for a compatible Leupold.

Way cheaper here than at Cabela's, Bass Pro, or your local retail store too!!

I am using this scope on a 270 Win for long range shooting of caribou in Alaska. With the BDC reticle and side focus this is a great combination. A 50mm objective would be a little large for the Tikka rifle I am using. This is a Nikon so it has bright optics and a sharp image.

After reading all the reviews I decided to purchase the rifle scope. I was not dissapointed! It came early, thanks Amazon, and it was brand new in a box. Mounted it and took it to my range to sight in...right on the mark! Within 8 shots I was centered from 100yds out. The scope was crisp and clear and the target felt like it was right in front of me.

Took my it to my hunting camp and it did NOT fog over. As the sun began to set and I could barely makeout the landscape with my eye, but through the Monarch it was super clear...it let in so much light I was really surprised how well it operated in the field.

I can't see paying thousands of dollars for a rifle scope when you can get a great one for $330.I put the Nikon Monarch 3-12x42SF BDC on my M&P 15. I can't believe it's the same rifle! I had a EoTech on her before . I have several high dollar scopes & this one is clear & right on! Amazon had the cheapest prices out there!!

This was a gift for my husband. He had been looking at this particular model at many places. Amazon had the best price.

very nice for price.takes a bit ti dial in i suggest to buy a few match grade rounds to dial in great on eyes....

The Nikon Monarch series of scopes is quite possibly the best bang for the buck in rifle scopes. You could spend more money on a Swarovski or a Leupold, but why would you want to?

My friends recommended a Nikon rifle scope, the gun shop recommended a Nikon Scope, the reviews I read were outstanding, so I bought this 3x12x42 Monarch and am thrilled with the quality. Shipping was fantastic and what a wonderful experience for my first Amazon purchase!

This is an excellent scope went deer hunting with it three times this season was able to stay out at least an hour after sunset And hour before sunset great visibility. What appeared very visible through my scope when looking at the naked eyes was dark or completely invisible. very great for the price
