Never Came, June 24, 2009

I purchased this Magazine Subscription as a gift for a family member a couple weeks before Christmas. The First issue was to come out in April so when May rolled around I e-mailed the company (after having to SEARCH for customer support contact information) to find out where the magazine was. I was told that the publisher would be contacted and they would respond in 5-7 business days. No response. I called in the beginning of June and was told that they would contact the publisher to have the issue sent out. No magazine again. I called again this week, the last week of June and was told that the publisher would be contacted and a magazine would be sent out again. At this point I was so tired of dealing with this mess that I asked canceled my subscription for a refund. I was told that I would be contacted in 5-7 business days if my refund was approved?!?! I did receive a notice today that my refund has been approved. No magazine is worth the time and hassle that went into this subscription! It receives 1 star because It would not allow a rating of 0 stars!
