LAST WEEK I WAS READING OTHERS REVIEW OF THIS CAMERA,.I HAVE A NIKON D40, THAT'S TOO MUCH FOR MY WIFE,. SO I WAS LOOKING FOR A SMALLER NICER PRETTY AND WITH A TOUCH SCREEN CAMERA FOR MY WIFE,. AND EASY TO USE,. THE REVIEWS WERE NOT THAT GOOD, ALTOUGHT THAT, I DARE TO BUY IT,. SO I WAS EXPECTING THE WORST, BUT FOR SORPRISE OF ME,. I LOVE THIS CAMERA,. IT'S EVERYTHING YOU EXPECT FROM A NIKON CAMERA,. MY WIFE FIND IT EASY TO USE,. SHE'S IN LOVE WITH THIS CAMERA, THE QUALITY OF THE PICS ARE AWSOME,. THE TOUCH SCREEN WORKS GREAT, I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY OTHER PEOPLE GAVE IT JUST 1 STAR OUT OF 5, AS I SAID BEFORE I'M USED TO THE QUALITY OF A SLR D40, THE S60 REALLY IMPRESED ME. FULLY RECOMMENDED.

I recently received this camera and I am very disappointed with the quality of photos that is coming out of a 10mp camera. I had an 8mp sony previously and the photo quality was much better. The camera often takes fuzzy pictures and for the price and the features that it boasts this should not be happening. I take a lot of photos and have used many brands of cameras, this is my first experience with Nikon and I will not be purchasing a Nikon again. By far my favorite cameras have been Sony's and that is what I will be going back to after this huge disappointment. The touchscreen is ok but many other camera brands have those. When you take the battery out to charge this camera you have to reset the date/time and all of your settings (ie if you turned the sound off, photo quality, etc) EVERY TIME YOU TAKE THE BATTERY OUT TO CHARGE IT! This to me is ridiculous for the money and definitely not something I am satisfied with.

Excellent product! It was purchased as a gift for someone and she loves it! It was so difficult to find a white one so I was thrilled when I was able to find one no problem and get it shipped so quickly!
