Excellent image quality. Stabilization works well. The mechanism to adjust the battery compartment strap is flimsy. It broke the first time I tried to adjust it. Would be nice to have protection for the objective lenses.

Not what I ordered,

I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a 16x32 image stabilization Nikon which had a model number. The listed price was $926.57. I got a "Nikon" Vibration reduction 16x32 (no model number) which Amazon lists at almost $100 cheaper. It was a gift so I kept it and it does appear to function fine. I think there is a bug in the Amazon computer because another review on Amazon seems to have had the same problem.
