My experience with ABC Products is as follows:

1. ABC Products incorrectly advertised a product (cable) on Amazon.com by stating that their product was compatible with a Fuji F200 EXR, which it was not.

2. ABC Products sent a product (cable) to me that they had [apparently] not tested to ensure that it was compatible with a Fuji F200 EXR.

3. Use of the product (cable) supplied by ABC Products caused immediate damage to my camera.

4. ABC Products was ultimately unwilling to assume responsibility for the above actions taken on their part and compensate me for the damage caused to my camera by their product.

After the fact and at my insistence, ABC Products claimed that they conducted a test with a Fuji F200 EXR camera and the same type of [incorrect] cable that they initially sent to me, and it caused no damage to the camera. Consequently, their assertion was that the damage caused to my camera was the fault of the camera manufacturer (Fuji), and not ABC Products. Obviously, I had no means to dispute their claim, so I had no recourse at that point. ABC Products ultimately refunded me for the cost of the cable, but it was small compensation given the original purchase price of the camera ($350).

I learned a very hard lesson from this transaction: Never buy a cable for your sensitive electronic device from a third party vendor unless they can verify that the cable is original manufacturer equipment. My recommendation would be to purchase the cable directly from the manufacturer of your device.

This USB cable does not fit Fine Pix Camera A 205 even though it says it does. Extremely upset that I wasted $10 on trash. Will NEVER buy from ABC again!
