Finally, A CREATIVE! Musician,

I listen to this CD over and over again and each time I hear it, it is like the first time! This wonderful blend of percussion, flute and sax never gets boring, because I hear something new each time I listen to it. It is not percussion like you typically here in recordings. Every time I go deeper into the music and discover something more! It is very original and CREATIVE and REAL! It inspires me, as a visual artist to go deeper into my creativity. Thank You, Derf, for making it! I invite eveveryone to take this journey in sound with Derf. . buy the CD...

Derf Reklaw sounds like he'd be one of those twee Scandenavian ECM piano guys- BUT HE'S NOT! He's one hardcore drum and flute dude! Ole is MY FAVORITE JOHN COLTRANE COVER EVER! Good, heady party music- unless you live in the Willamette Valley, then no one will get it. I pity them.
