"Last Seder" is the best,

This review is from: Nine Contemporary Jewish Plays: From the New Play Commission of the National Foundation for Jewish Culture (Paperback)
I enjoyed all the plays in this anthology; it was a tapestry, with each playwright contributing to the richness of the pattern and texture of the whole. But if I had to pick the best, I must say that the last play, "The Last Seder" by Jennifer Maisel, would win hands down. It had that spark, walking that fine line between laughter and tears, and her voice is so strong and clear. One of the best plays I've ever read, and one I'd just love to see a production of someday. Fine work.
