Editorial Reviews

AKA Aron Erlichman was the primary songwriter and producer for Hollywood Undead, whose debut album, Swan Songs, has sold over 820k copies to date and continues to sell consistently three years after it s release.

After the acrimonious split between Deuce and Hollywood Undead, Deuce has defined his own rebirth with his solo album. Nine Lives proves to be the continuum of the HU album so loved by fans and with many guest appearances, shows a progression in both songwriting and genre bending that is sure to garner attention from beyond the traditional rap-rock outlets.
Deluxe Version includes a DVD if music videos and short form documentary footage.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it! June 4, 2012
Format:Audio CD
It is a great cd while the lyrics are more explicit then what he had with Hollywood Undead, but retains his style that he has always had.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loving Deuce!! August 6, 2012
Format:MP3 Music|Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased this MP3 album last week, and can't stop listening to it! When the album cover says "Explicit," it really means it! Not a great CD if you're easily offended. For those of us who like it raw, you will LOVE Nine Lives!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome album for Deuce fans June 13, 2012
Format:Audio CD|Amazon Verified Purchase
If you're looking for something that sounds pre/early Swan Songs-ish than this is definitely the album for you. The album is exactly as described it's Deuce. Those who aren't familiar with Deuce would probably be better suited to an introduction through Hollywood Undead first, but overall the album is exactly what it says it is. It's Deuce remixed, remastered, and raw.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good album
If you like HU then you'll like this album. I recommend the deluxe over the original because it comes with a DVD with music videos and some interviews.

2.0 out of 5 stars The profanity gets old real quick.
This album is nothing spectacular and I was shocked to see so many 5 star ratings. I can see why he was limited or needed a filter when he was in Hollywood Undead. Read more

Deuce was a main part of Hollywood Undead. He more or less is continuing his sound on his own. Give him a listen on youtube to gauge your interest.
