My ONLY criticism is that the OPENING could be a bit wider. Otherwise it is a "just right" bag for every day use - it holds all my stuff, the strap is wide enough to be comfortable AND stay on my shoulder, and I love the LOOKS of it. Great bag & the price (on sale) was right too.
