Once you get the straps adjusted, they're pretty comfortable---and they're absolutely beautiful on ! They make your feet look petite & delicate. I'm getting a pair in gold next.

love the look so ordered a pair knowing other nine west shoes i'd bought i was very happy with. surprise that my foot was swimming in the shoe. sent it back and ordered a size smaller. the second pair was also too large. because this meant that i was going to have to pay now twice to return the shoes, i gave up. not a happy experience because i wanted the shoes.
