Ninety-Nine Newfies is a delightful collection of stories about the wonderful Newfoundland Dog. The stories have been written by various individuals who are devoted to Newfoundlands. While the book is specifically about Newfoundland Dogs, any dog lover will be sure to enjoy the book. Readers will experience a myriad of emotions while reading this book. Stories range from humorous, touching to down right heart-wrenching. The book is enjoyable, and a true tribute to the gentle giant, a.k.a. The Newfoundland Dog!!!

This is a must have for any owner or wanna-be owner of a Newf (or any dog for that matter)! Through the eyes of many different people you can pull together a true picture of what life with a Newfie can be, from the good to the sad to the ridiculous. The varying perspectives come together to show what wonderful, loyal, loving furballs these `Gentle Giants' are and how much they can add to your life. In addition, 90% of the profits made on this book are going to the Newfoundland Health Challenge for scientific research to benefit this beautiful breed. You'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll want to hug a Newfie! Congratulations and thank you Pat for putting it all together :)

This heartwarming book is a must-read for anyone who has ever loved or longed for the love of a dog.
Each story will invoke a new emotion, some making you laugh and others bringing tears to your eyes.
If you've never known a Newfie personally, you'll find yourself dying to meet one of these wonderful, furry beasts that have captured so many hearts!
There are ninety-nine stories here, each written from one of those hearts. Pat Seawell has done a fantastic job putting them all together and making it possible for us to share them.
I highly recommend this book to dog lovers everywhere. I loved it!!!
