Breathing techniques and Meditation, March 5, 2005

Basicly, that's all it is. But the book also goes into the 9 cuts of the Kuji-kiri. Each one representing a different meditation for each cut. For each meditation, the power lies in positive, negative and neutral breathing (+/- respirations/heart beats per minute). How well in-tune you are with your senses is how you measure your results. Any psychic or metaphysical person reading this book will say "Oh, I know what he's talking about, yeah! Ok, I got it now!"
