After my last happy experience buying the HDMI cable from Eforcity, I gave it another try with this Rechargeable battery for my Wii controller.

Ever since I got the Wii from the long AXX line from Bestbuy, I've been having fun with it with my family and friends. The bad thing is ... we've been continuing playing it daily .. so the remote controller's battery dying out pretty quickly. I decided to get this rechargeable battery instead of changing AA batteies .. It works just fine ... and the good thing is, they have the USB Cable for me to just plug it to my laptop. Very Convenient. Thanks Again Eforcity.

This product is perfect! You plug the cord directly into the Wii and recharge your Wii remote! No more wasting money on batteries! And the great thing about these rechargeable battery packs is they dont add any extra bulk to the Wii remote and those nifty little silicone covers fit over the battery and I just sliced out a little square to open up the charge receptor! These are great!

These chargers did not even last a year..I tried everything but the charger must have fried the battery back..we got these for two of our remotes..the other two in a different charger work fine still, these won't even register..so I actually had to pre-order the new Energizer flat panel charger for 4 remotes...we are currently down two remotes until we get the new charger...not worth the money, very disappointed.

Got the Wii and this battery for my kids for Christmas, and this rechargeable battery won't charge - despite leaving it plugged into my computer for days. Bogus!

I purchased two of these.

PRO:
* Good integration into the Wii controller
* Fits under the new Wii rubber jacket
* Convenient USP cables plug into the back
of the Wii to recharge the batteries
* Saves the environment

CON:
* The Wii remote uses so much power that you
have to recharge these nearly every day.
* These include an AAA size rechargable cell.
The Wii uses AA batteries. This causes this
product to use up the charge too fast.

Bottom line: The product works, but not well enough for a good recommendation.

I ordered two of these battery packs, and neither of them will charge. Both will light the charging lamps when plugged in, but the Wii Remote will not power up--not when it's plugged in nor unplugged after charging continuously for over a day.

Save your money.
