I have no way to know if my product is used or new.
on January 14, 2014
I wasn't going to leave feedback, but the company requested it. When I got the product, it was not with any original packing material and had no paperwork with it. It was in an unrelated plastic baggie. Honestly, I was worried that it was used/refurbished and concerned about the apparent lack of warranty. I mean...they SHOW it in the package in the picture. (btw, I know that amazon has easy packaging, but I NEVER, ask for that.)
Anyhow, I decided not to return it as it isn't terribly expensive. It does work just fine. but is it new or refurbished? who knows?
