Nintendo GameCube Console - Indigo with 3 Games

Ok i have listened to many people rant about how the gamecube is for kids only and if you are an adult go for the x-box. Among the many complaints that come out of this is the fact that it doesn't have a DVD drive at all and never will. Ok this is a gaming machine. If your already willing to drop 2, 3, or even 400 dollars on a machine and games then you should already have a DVD player at your house or in your computer. And if that is still an issue with you go buy a DVD player for hundred bucks. Then you have a gamecube and a seperate DVD player. Easy solution.

The one complaint that i have noticed most of all is that Nintendo only produces games that are for kids. This may seem obvious at first but lets look closer. When i looked at X-Box i saw two games that jumped out at me that are launched or will be launched in the future. Those two being Halo and Dead or Alive 3.ANd i even would include Raw is War. When i look at gamecubes games i saw a few more that jumped out at me. Rouge Leader is a definate buy. Played it, loved it, and i own it. Super Smash Bros. Melee this will be a quality buy for me because of all of the fun i can have with my friends with this. The new Perfect Dark game. Same reasoning as with Smash Bros. Wrestlemania, i like this style over the Smackdowns on Ps2.
All the other games i saw didn't interest me. Sports games come out for everything and if one company does get sole rights to em another company will come out with something good at about the same time. Like with Madden and Nfl 2k series. Both of them are just as good as the other case closed.

Overall, i wish i could buy the x-box for just Halo and Dead or alive 3 but i cannot justify the extra hundred bucks. I wish i had both of these systems but in my opinion the games are going to be there more for Nintendo and i would rather have the extra cash to go buy two more games than i would for just the x-box.

I just pre-ordered this system on Amazon.com a couple of hours ago. I am extremely stoked about it. As far as "A gamer from connecticut", he is lying. This console is not adult rated and most of its games are rated "E" (suitable for Everyone). XBox is extremely violent, just check out a game called "Halo." I personally enjoy all types of games and would rather spend my money on a quality gaming system than Microsoft's mediocre products. If your child asks for a Gamecube, don't be afraid to buy it as it has a wide range of games for younger kids. I will be going after games such as Madden NFL 2002, Rogue Squadron 2, as well as other action and sports games.

I have pre-ordered my Nintendo Gamecube, and I am ready to play it. I can't wait to play this system. It is a good price, and it has some of the best graphics around. Now you can all make up your own decisions on what console you want to buy. All of them are capable of some sweet graphics. I am buying this system cause I like the Nintendo name and games. Also some guy gave a bad review for people who have the import version saying they weren't happy with it. Well in Japan they only had three games at launch date: Luigi's Mansion, Super Monkey Ball, and Wave Race Blue Storm. So yeah! I would be mad too. Cause those games are for very young players. However, I am 24 years old, and I am going to buy Luigi's Mansion. It looks like a fun comical game. So don't count this system out yet. But don't listen to me. Buy what you want to buy!!!

With the GameCube, Nintendo has beaten any kind of competition such as Playstation 2 (Sony), DreamCast (Sega), or even better, the "famous" Xbox (Microsoft).
From the moment you turn on your Cube for the first time, you enter a new world of imaginations, dreams, and surprises. Every single part or component from this great console was thought for you to enjoy it as much as you can. You also have to see the unbelivable prize which it is sold at.
I definitely recommend the Nintendo GameCube for any boy or guy from 10 to 25 years old.
Altough at this moment there are just a couple of games in the market, Nintendo is planning to realease quite a lot more during the next months, so don't worry about it! And remember, the Nintendo family of games is huge! So many great titles will be reaching the stores shelves soon.

I must say I'm distressed at the negative feedback for the gamecube. Most people have been commenting on the fact that it doesn't have a DVD player or some other extra feature. This is just silly. A video game system is for video games! This is not a difficult concept. Do you expect your microwave to also be your computer!? Maybe in the year 2100. Technology isn't good enough for this dual concept yet. Why anybody would want to spend an extra hundred dollars on a machine that has an awful DVD player is beyond me. The Gamecube has much better graphics than the PS2 and a much wider range of video games compared to the Xbox. There is no question on which system is better. Its Gamecube, the real VIDEO GAME system!

I got one imported from Japan with Wave race and Luigis mansion and it is the best thing in the world, I've all ready sold my PS2 and forgot about the Idea of getting an X-box Nintendo are back and back with a bang, BUY THIS it will not disapoint. Worth Five stars just for the size of the thing. :-)

A lot of people look down on the Nintendo Gamecube because it doesn't play DVD movies. Since when did it become industry standard for a video game console to play movies? This is one of the reasons the Gamecube is $200 instead of XBox and PS2's $300. Sure it might be nice to have a 2-in-1 system, but for $100 less, i'll take the Gamecube!

The Nintendo GameCube is the marquis system for this round of video game console battles. Naysayers can tell you it's a system 'designed for kids,' but in truth it has something for everybody. Surely, Resident Evil isn't a "kid's game?" Madden 2002? And what about the XBox? It's overpriced, under-engineered and just not well thought out. It has a hard-disk drive, a component with a high rate of failure. It's hideously oversized and the controllers are just as malformed. Microsoft has been trying to buy the support of Japanese game-makers for years. this hasn't gotten them anywhere. Nintendo already has the support. The GameCube is going to please people of all ages...like this 21 year old 'kid.'

For some people,GameCube seems to be just a kiddie system.But they dont know how great GameCube is.Some people say that Nintendo just makes games that are childish.True,Nintendo does make some games that are sort of childish,but that does not mean the games are no fun.Look at the Legend Of Zelda.Its basicaly about a child.Same with Luigi's Mansion.Some people say that since its about one of the Mario Bros.,but thats just not true.I've played that game and I never would call it childish.

Another bad thing people say about GameCube is that it does not have a DVD player.But a video game system is meant to play video games,not DVD's.Also because most people already have a DVD player so whats the point of spending more money on a system that has a DVD player if you already have one.

Also,next year will be one of the greatest for Nintendo.Why,you ask?Because Nintendo will be bringing you some of the best games it will have for the GameCube.Some of them are Mario,Metroid,Zelda,StarFox,EternalDarkness,ResidentEvil,and more games.But that does not mean that the only good games are coming out that year.Some good games are Star Wars:Rouge Squadron,Madden 2002,and Luigi's Mansion which the GameCube Indigo and Jet Black Luigi pack has.

Probably a lot of people are disagreeing with me.But this just a review.An opinion.You dont need to take my word for it.But if you want a true video game system,you should get the GameCube.This is why I believe the GameCube is a perfect system.
