I am sure it is not the sellers fault, But I have had two of these shiped to me and they both broke with 24 Hours. One was broke strait out of the box and the other broke after one play.

This was my sons big Christmas toy. It stoped working after one day! Not built to last. To bad it was a great toy if it was not so fragile.

Let's just say that my son loved it while it lasted. It's cool to watch it because it's bigger than most RC cars. Unfortunately, you're screwed if it breaks. One of the front wheels broke when my son crashed it (and it doesn't move all that fast). When I called the manufacturer they told me that there's nothing that can be done. No replacement parts. No warranty if the toy broke while playing. Nothing.I even took it to a hobby shop, but because it's predominantly plastic they couldn't help either.

Like I said, it's a cool toy. Just be VERY careful with it...it's an all or nothing thing. Break a wheel and it's done for good.
