First off, this SD card DOES work with the Nintendo Wii, as long as it's used for the right thing. Just so people know, originally, the Wii wasn't designed to handle anything above a 2gb SD card. They soon realized that people needed more storage, thus, they released an update to the Wii allowing it to accept up to a 32gb SD card. However, this card or any larger card will continue not to work unless you have downloaded that update. Also, in most situations it still will not work with anything that was designed before this update was released. In my situation, I bought this card for use with Rock Band 3 in order to get more songs to play. It worked exactly as it should because Rock Band 3 was just released a few months ago after the mentioned update. But, going back to Rock Band 2 you would notice that this same card isn't compatible because Rock Band 2 was released before this update occurred. So to anyone having problems please do some research before purchasing so you know whether this is the product you need.

As far as my experience is concerned, this is a great product for when you need some extra space on your Wii which if you're more of a dedicated gamer you most likely will need.
