I ordered a new product and received a damaged product which had obviously been out of its original packaging before it had been mailed. There was chips of paint scratched off in multiple spots on product which was super glued back into its package... Displeased to say the least.
He is just so strong. If you are looking for a Wind Skylander or a solid swapforce one.
This one is your man. He can travel fast with his tornado. The tornado tears enemies apart as they are stuck circling around you. Some enemies have shields up guarding them from all damage but the tornado will force them out of that. His Lightning will stun anybody leaving them open to your attacks. Or you can charge it fora nasty blast of lighning all in front of you. Your basic attacks are fast, plus shoots a wave out every 3.
Our 4 yr old grandson got a Skylander game for Christmas. This Granny did not know what that was, but I learned. He likes to collect the different characters which are very cleverly and creatively designed. The light core ones are his favorites, They light up when placed on the playing portal. At this point he likes to collect the cards, stickers and figures; these come together with the individual pieces, as much as he likes to actually play the game. We use a poster to determine which of the characters he doesn't have yet. Kids these days are growing up in a true technological paradigm shift. Soon enough they will be 3D printing their own game pieces.
I have almost every Skylander, and my favorites have always been the faster ones. Free Ranger isn't the fastest, but the tornado attack that his Ranger base makes him so powerful that the only other skylander that can compare is Magna Charge and his magnet base. However, Free Ranger can pick up a crowd of enemies (whereas Magna Charge can only drag 2 at the most) and knock them off balance which keeps them from attacking, which is very important as you go up in difficulty. The only enemies this doesn't work on are mages and the large enemies like Golems. On Nightmare difficulty, you can only take a few hits before defeat so keeping the enemies reeling is important while you whittle away their hit points. I had a regular Free Ranger and I got a Legendary Free Ranger so I could have a backup in case one is defeated during a difficult level. My favorite combos are Wash Ranger because of his powerful sword and bubbles to incapacitate enemies but Magna Ranger is my pick in almost every circumstance. His blaster isn't my favorite, but his ability to throw enemies off of cliffs makes a big difference in high difficulty arenas and levels.
