I'm rather small breasted and don't need any support from bras, so I decided to try out some silicon nipple covers to see if they worked and cut bras out of my life forever. I ordered these and the DIMR nipple covers. The main difference is that these have a slight adhesive (the instruction booklet says it's a medical grade adhesive) so they are guaranteed to stay on! Plus I can wear them under anything (the DIMRs are only good for under more form fitting clothing). The only downside is that it seems they are only good for 50 wears (the adhesive probably wears off or something). But they are very comfortable, easy to use, and easy to clean!

I LOVE these! They are comfortable and easy. These have no bump, even with thin shirts. I'm a 34B and go braless as much as I can. I live in SoCal so the weather permits that most of the year. I tried the floral shaped ones Amazon sells (not Nippies brand) and they did have a noticeable bump. These Nippies I wear all day and no problem. I've even forgotten to take them off some nights and no irritation. This summer I spent a week in Phoenix (where you sweat the second you step outside) and wore them almost everyday with no problems. I also tried a backless silicone bra which irritates my skin after an hour. I was reviewing the backless bra and thought I'd write a review about this one since it is my favorite.
I was surprised when I went through my Amazon orders to see when I bought these... September 18, 2009! Almost a year I've had them! The same pair! And I wear them at least once a week, during the summer probably 3-4 times a week. They have no tears, blemishes or discoloration, still look brand new and the sticky comes back after every rinse. They are easy to take care of. I rinse them with cool water at night before I go to bed, shake the water off and let them air dry. Only irritation I have is that at night when they are drying my cat sometimes gets on the counter and I have to pick off a hair or two from the adhesive. A couple times I got lazy and didn't rinse them after taking them off. After a few wears, they lost some of the adhesive, I noticed the thinnest part on the outside wouldn't stick as good, but after a rinse, the sticky was back. I still have the hard plastic backing they came in and keep them stored on those, and in the box it comes with. The box is convenient for traveling too. And on long plane rides, I ALWAYS wear them. - so comfortable. I've never tried wearing them swimming. But have had them on through yoga and workouts, and they held up, so I'd assume they'd stay put in water too. I'm really trying to think of any cons to say about these, but can't. I love them. I'll never waste my money to try out others. - These are the best!
*UPDATE* June 2011 I just 'retired' my last ones, they were losing the sticky more quickly, and ordered new ones. The new ones are thinner than my a year and a half ago. I like the change! They still cover up the way they should and don't show even under thin tops. Still come in the travel box. Very happy with these!

Pros: provide full coverage, completely adhere even after washing, are very easy to care for (mild soap and water), easy to keep track of by coming in a handy, discrete, and stylish little box with magnetic closure, not irritating to the skin (I've had them on for 6-8 hours without removing them and had no problem, even with my breakout-prone skin), works with and without bras.
Cons: under thinner/more sheer fabrics, especially solids, the product (not your headlights!) show through. Under darker but sheer fabrics, the disc is discernible; under thinner fabrics, the shaping is a little blocky/flat rather than natural or gently rounded like most bras.
Final Verdict: great solution for going bra-less under thicker or patterned fabrics/knits, graphic tees, tops/dresses that require a strapless solution but aren't too tight or sheer, or for people who don't really care about the slightly blocky silhouette. Application, pressing from bottom up and making sure no air bubbles are trapped is crucial--otherwise, product will produce a slight bulge effect (like having 2.5-3" diameter nipples) when wearing it, as another reviewer has mentioned.

I was so excited to receive this product but only to my dismay. I have a lot of tops that have a built in bra but don't solve the problem of my highbeams coming out when in gets chilly. I tried these on as soon as they arrived and put on one of my tops. It looked like I had very big aerioles that were swollen. It did solve the highbeam problem, but they brought even more attention to the area. This was not the result I was looking for.
I do have to say they are nice and soft and you can't feel like you have them on at all. They would be great for someone who doesn't like to wear a bra and wears loose fitting clothing. But if you are wearing anything clingy they are quite noticeable. Unfortunately for me they will be gong back.

Work great, stay in place no matter what (I got REALLY, REALLY sweaty working through an obstacle course and no slippage) and I have been using them over a month now and they still stay on. Only bit of advice is don't forget to take them off, they don't breathe and after about three days your skin can get very sensitive.

I'm a small B-cup and don't really need a bra, and find bras uncomfortable. So, I bought my first pair of adhesive Nippies back in January. I have worn them nearly every day since then, and for me, they have been about as perfect as a product could be.
Comfort: They're extremely comfortable -- so comfortable, in fact, that I occasionally forget to take them off before going to sleep because I forget they're there. I was afraid that the adhesive might irritate my skin, but it hasn't at all. They stay on very well and are easy to wash after use (I use plain old soap and water).
Coverage: The coverage they provide is remarkably good, given how extremely thin they are. I can wear a form-fitting white tee-shirt with just the Nippies underneath, and my nipples aren't visible. I recently tried one other brand of nipple covers (Spicy Spot) because they were less expensive, and although they were thicker than Nippies, they were almost completely transparent and my nipples were quite visible under light-colored shirts. So in terms of how well they do their job, Nippies have definitely been worth the money for me. I love not having to worry about bra straps showing!
Lifespan: As I said, I wore my first pair almost every day for 3+ months, so my estimate is that they've lasted about 100 wears. They have just now gotten to the point where enough of the adhesive has worn away that I can't wear them with looser shirts (though they're still fine with more form-fitting shirts, which hold them in place). I just ordered my second pair.
It definitely took a little while to get used to not wearing a bra (I felt naked at first!) but I've come to trust the Nippies and I am so much more comfortable every day now. I no longer have to experience that awful mid-afternoon feeling of an underwire pressing into my ribs. It would be nice if they were a little cheaper, but I guess 25 cents (or less) per wear isn't so much to pay for all-day comfort. I've been really happy with this product.
Just wanted to add that, although I purchased my next pair back in March (at the time I wrote this review), I didn't end up having to break out the new pair until yesterday -- I was able to keep using my old pair in spite of the fact that adhesive was coming off from the edges. There was still enough adhesive to make them stay on, and I tend to wear clothes that are slightly (though not extremely) form-fitting which has kept them laying flat even though the edges weren't really sticking to my skin anymore. Only when they stopped being able to stick to my skin did I have to ditch them for the new pair. So if you are someone who wears clothes that mostly conform to your body shape, you may find that you can make them last a long time (for me it was four months of almost everyday wear, which equates to over 100 uses).
I've continued to love and rely on my Nippies on an almost daily basis, and I'm now on my 5th pair. Thought I would add this: the last pair I got aged a little weirdly (the adhesive did a peeling thing and overall they felt a little flimsier), and when I emailed Bristols 6 about it, I got a lovely, appreciative response from a customer service representative who promptly sent me a new pair (which seem to be normal so far). It was some of the best customer service I've ever received -- this is the kind of company you want to support!

Okay, so they're not exactly 'cutlets' -- they're more like delicately sliced filets, but you get the general idea of how they look and feel when they arrive. Each cup is backed with a removable film and stacked in a discreet box with a plastic separator.
I was excited to dispense with disposable breast petals in favor of something reusable, and these got such high reviews I was sure they were the solution. Their debut performance was outdoors at a tennis match, to which I'd worn my favorite flowy, bra-unfriendly shirt. Despite the morning breeze, the July sun was warm and within minutes I started to sweat. To my horror, I felt one of the covers peeling off. Desperate to prevent it from dropping to the ground and embarrassing me in front of the cute tennis pro, I tried to push it back into place as subtly as I could. I even went to the restroom to re-wash the offending cup and dried both it and myself with the air dryer. Same results. I wound up having to leave early lest the other guests think I was smuggling cold cuts from the lunch table.
I thought maybe I'd done something wrong, so I tried twice more, following directions to the letter with no improvement. The only time they didn't try to escape from under my shirt was the time I wore them at home on the couch watching TV.
So if you intend to sit in one place in the air conditioning all day, these may work well. But if you move, sweat or indulge in any activity that requires effort, you leave your high beams hanging in the balance.

I got these to wear under a swimsuit that I love but that has no padding in the cups and I had been somewhat self conscious to wear. Obviously, wet or dry there are some issues with "headlights." I took them with me on a long weekend to my in-laws vacation condo and was able to wear them two days in a row with great results. The edge blends seemlessly so unless you know I am wearing them and are really looking for the outline you cannot notice them even when the suit was wet. They stay "stuck" even in the chlorinated pool water (didn't try them in the ocean). I did make sure to put them on and then apply sunscreen around them; you wouldn't want to apply them over any lotion because I think it would alter the stick. Kept my nipples totally smooth under my swimsiut; like I said previoulsy, very thin edges to blend with the skin but thicker in the center to keep prominent nipples under control. I wore a max of about 4 hours and had no problems with comfort and could have definitely kept them on longer. Still plenty of stick left in the adhesive. So happy with my purchase!!

I'm rather large breasted, and bras are extremely uncomfortable, so I usually take mine off the second I get home and put on a t-shirt. But this always made me very self-conscious of my nipples showing through my shirt. Especially with my teenage boys in the house, and I was even hesitant to answer the door without running to put my bra back on. I found these one day after searching online for pasties, and I'm glad I paid the extra money for the better product. These do provide seamless coverage because the edges are tapered down to almost nothing - as they really are thin around the edge, but thicker in the center where you need it. I was skeptical at first about the non-adhesive, afraid they might slip, so I ordered a pair of each (adhesive and non-adhesive). After I opened the package and tried the non-adhesive ones first, I have to say that it's been over 6 months and I've never even had to use the adhesive pair! These work so well, and they do adhere to your body almost immediately upon applying. (And for those who have said they make the areola appear swollen or puffy, try pressing down lightly upon applying - because I've found that they do tend to form a slight air pocket around the very center at the nipple, but if you press out the air when you apply it, you don't get the puffy look.) They always stay in place and I've even slept in mine on many occasions and they didn't move at all. They're also great for wearing under thin bathing suits - and that's when I would recommend the adhesive type if you are doing some heavy swimming. The ONLY time I had an issue with my non-adhesives is when I sat in a hob tub that had some extremely strong jet pressure going on and the motion of the water worked one of mine loose. But in that case, I'm sure the adhesive-type would have been fine. I am ordering a backup pair now because I misplaced mine last week and it's driving me nuts! That should give you an idea about how dependent upon them that I am now, so I think I'd like to keep 2-3 pairs around.

I love these! Just purchased some last week. I had forever been looking for some type of nipple cover to wear that lasted for more than one event.
These are great. They stay in place, they are def. reusable, I have worn my first set more than 3 times alreadly. I intend to continue purchasing more of these. I have found my solution to those embrassing moments.
Oh,one quick word of advice, when you are finished wearing the covers for that day remember to remove them because they will be become sticky/gummy and pull alittle on the nipple ( OUCH!) when removing them.
