I have always had "show through" issues. I had been using bra discs; they worked great, but I could only use them for a couple of hours at a time because they made me itchy. I can use these all day long without any skin sensitivity! No show through and no one can tell you are wearing them. I use these along with a bra; without a bra you would probably want something with a little stronger adhesive.

I bought this and another product to combat too much nipple show when I wore a sports bra (a real embarassment). Well I am really glad I bought it. Although pricy, it is in line with other products that do the same and it really works. I feel totally confident that my chest is smooth, even when I wear white. This product is a real relief. If you have this problem you should definitely give it a try.

I got these yesterday. I will edit this comment as I go along. I am full figured and love to wear tank-tops with the shelf-bra in light colors and have found that pasties got wrinkly when I got cold and were too expensive since they are one use. So I quit wearing the tank tops. Well yesterday I went out with some friends and wore these under a strappy tanktop. I am happy to say that they stayed in place! (the top was not really tight)It was like I was not wearing them at all. I did inspect how they would look in various tops later last night and if you are a large C or small D-cup (as I am)you may notice that this has a slight curve out in the nipple area. (someone would have to pay a lot of attention to your breasts to notice.) I do not recommend wearing this with an unlined supertight tank or t-shirt especially in white or very thin material since the covers are semi-opaque. I could not see the covers thru bright light with a thin white tank that was super-tight. (This is the test that I base my comments on.)I did see a super slight color change where the nipple was. Ladies this is a great product! I am thrilled! I may buy the adhesive ones next!!
